Join us for dining experiences like no-other. With all produce coming from small farmers typically a three-hour drive from Brisbane, let our culinary team take you on a local food journey.
For example, our Beef Experience 1kg of dry-aged Killarney beef prepared over our firepit over the course of 24hrs. Served with coal-grilled seasonal seafood, clay-baked potatoes and roasted bone marrow.
